Fuel Tank gauge kit

This kit is designed to replace existing fuel tank gauge and tank sender using the standard 5 bolt pattern opening in tank and the 2- 1/16 inch cutout in the instrument panel. Unbolt existing sender and drop in the new ultrasonic probe. A home run cable is then run from this probe to the new meter that is installed in the panel.

All of the ultrasonic electronics and the microprocessor are located in the meter creating a compact easy to install configuration.

Meter is available in black or white background.

Kit includes probe, probe gasket, meter with all electronics, ring connectors, homerun cable, crimp tool and installation instructions.

Fuel tank sensor and controller kit using existing gauge

This kit is designed to replace existing fuel tank sender using the standard 5 bolt pattern opening in tank. The controller connects to the existing fuel gauge in the instrument panel and is mounted on a bulkhead near fuel gauge. Connect the cable from controller to existing meter and run homerun cable from controller to new ultrasonic probe in the tank.

Fresh water tank gauge kit using existing gauge

This kit is designed to replace existing water tank sender using the standard 5 bolt pattern opening in tank and connects to the existing water gauge in the instrument panel. Controller is mounted on a bulkhead near fuel gauge, connect cable from controller to existing meter and run homerun cable from controller to new ultrasonic probe in the tank.

All ultrasonic electronics and the microprocessor are located in the water tight controller enclosure.

Fresh and Black water tank gauge kit

This gauge kit is designed to replace existing gauge and water tank sender using the standard 5 bolt pattern opening in tank and 2-1/16 inch cutout in the instrument panel. Unbolt existing sender and drop in the new ultrasonic probe. Replace meter in panel.

If this is a new installation, drill bolt holes in top of tank using supplied pattern, insert backing ring and secure probe with machine screws. make a 2" hole in panel for gauge and insert gauge.

A home run cable is then run from this probe to the new meter installed in the panel.

Brass tank fitting

The brass 2 inch NPT threads is designed for tanks with a 2 inch NPT riser on tank. Permits installation of our standard ultrasonic probe in tanks using this brass cap with 2 inch NPT threads.

Boat Information Center

The boat information center(BIC) monitors up to 6 Tanks, boat speed, water depth, water temperature, battery voltage and optional bilge sensors for water and hydrocarbon vapors. The controller contains electronics for all sensors, just run cable to each sensor and connect to back of controller on labeled connectors.

Graph display shows current status of all sensors and across the bottom of screen is the history plot of the lake bottom contour as boat travels.
